Hardy installed the central HVAC plant including steam and hot water boilers and four (4) centrifugal chillers totaling 3,320 tons for 556,000 S.F. regional mall, 14-story 300,000 S.F. office building, and 18-story Wynfrey Hotel.

Mall of Louisiana - Baton Rouge, La.
Hardy Corporation installed HVAC systems for this 508,000 S.F. regional mall including two (2) centrifugal chillers (1,650-tons), electric heat, and 12 air handling units. Work also included tenant build-outs for 60+ retail stores and food court.

Arbor Place Mall - Douglassville, Ga.
Central mechanical plant installed by Hardy includes two (2) centrifugal chillers (1,500-tons), 18 air handling units, and two (2) cooling towers for this 550,000 S.F., two-story mall.

Brookwood Village Mall - Birmingham, Ala.
Hardy installed the original HVAC systems including two (2) 600-ton chillers in the 1973 construction for this 500,000 S.F. mall. In 1997, Hardy replaced the original chillers with two (2) new 800-ton machines. In 2000, Hardy performed extensive mall renovations and expansion.

Parisian (Sak's) Hamilton Place - Chattanooga, Tenn.
Hardy's HVAC work included six (6) HVAC units totaling 150 tons. Hardy has performed major HVAC installations at Sak's headquarters facility in Birmingham and 26 of their stores located in AL, FL, GA, IN, OH, SC, and TN.

Dillards Department Stores (formerly Gayfers)
Hardy performed chiller replacements for 25 stores in AL, GA, FL, KS, KY, MS, MO, MT, ND, OH, SC, and TN. Stores continued uninterrupted retail operation during Hardy's work.
