Gordon Persons State Office Building - Montgomery, Ala.
Plumbing and HVAC systems were installed by Hardy in this 600,000 S.F. state government office building. Equipment included two (2) centrifugal chillers totaling 1,650 tons, two (2) steam boilers, 10 pumps, 35 air handling units, 780 variable air volume (VAV) zones, and direct digital temperature controls. Plumbing included water and sanitary sewer systems, and storm water drainage.

Grandview II Office Building - Birmingham, Ala.
This 147,000 S.F. six - floor facility included two (2) screw chillers totaling 425 tons and various tenant build-outs by Hardy.

Daniel Building (Compass Bank Headquarters) - Birmingham, Ala.
HVAC and plumbing systems were originally installed by Hardy in this 318,800 S.F. 19-story office building. Renovation of all mechanical systems including installation of 450-ton chiller by Hardy in 1992 for conversion from multi-tenant offices to bank headquarters.

Southern Progress Corporation (division of Time Warner) - Birmingham, Ala.
This publisher of Southern Living magazine and Oxmoor House books has relied on Hardy since 1988 for the installation and servicing of its mechanical systems. Building #1: 136,000 S.F., five-story, two (2) 200-ton chillers. Building #2: 80,000 S.F., three-story, one (1) 240-ton chiller. Media Services Building: 62,000 S.F., two-story one (1) 175-ton chiller.

Compass Bank Data Processing Center and Harry Brock Public Building - Birmingham, Ala.
Three floors, 308,000 S.F. Mechanical system installed by Hardy includes two (2) 267-ton chillers and 12 computer room air conditioning units. Hardy has also completed the renovation of the new 80,000 S.F. Compass Bank Operations facility in Homewood, Ala. including 246-tons of air conditioning.

Federal Courthouse - Shreveport, LA
Design-build project for U.S. General Services Administration including three (3) chillers totaling 900 tons, gas boilers, and variable-air-volume air distribution system.

SouthTrust Bank Headquarters and Operations Center - Birmingham, Ala.
This two (2) phase , six-story, 408,000 S.F. project included HVAC and plumbing systems installed by Hardy. Plumbing scope included water, sanitary, and storm water piping. HVAC scope included three (3) 450-ton centrifugal chillers, two (2) 300-ton rotary chillers, five (5) cooling towers, eight (8) VAV air handling units, roof top units, supply and exhaust fans, steam humidification, 20 computer room units, and direct digital temperature controls.

University Park Building 600 (Lakeshore Blvd.) - Birmingham, Ala.
Hardy installed 400-tons of air conditioning including five (5) water-cooled package units, two (2) cooling towers, six (6) pumps, one (1) heat exchanger, 30 PIU/variable air volume boxes, and direct digital controls.
