Tuscaloosa County High School - Tuscaloosa, Ala.
New two-story 260,000 S.F. educational facility. Mechanical systems installed
by Hardy include 775-tons of cooling capacity, 155 water-cooled heat pumps,
and direct digital temperature controls.

Montessori School - Tuscaloosa, Ala.
HVAC system installed by Hardy in new 88,000 S.F. elementary school included
150-ton air cooled chiller, four-pipe heating and cooling system, and
58 variable air volume zones.
Goodwyn Hall, Auburn University at Montgomery - Montgomery, Ala.
Hardy Corporation teamed with Hardy Services on a Guaranteed Savings Performance
Contract to convert the air handling s ystems
from constant volume reheat to variable air volume in this three-story,
25-year old classroom building. Classes continued uninterrupted throughout
construction. Additional work included replacing an 800-ton centrifugal
chiller, converting AUM's campus-wide steam system to individual hot water
boilers for each building, and installing a campus-wide direct digital
control system. The project has resulted in significant energy savings.
West
Elementary, Vestavia Hills City Schools - Birmingham, Ala.
Hardy Corporation and Hardy Services joined forces to upgrade the lighting
systems, to air condition the kitchen, and to replace rooftop units, duct
work, and HVAC controls on this 15,000 S.F. two-story school during summer
2000. Since 1996, Hardy has upgraded the lighting, HVAC systems, and temperature
controls in all Vestavia Hills city schools.
