University of Alabama at Birmingham - Central Utilities Plant #1
Hardy was prime contractor for this chilled water plant upgrade including mechanical, electrical, and structural modifications. Phase I: Replace four (4) 1,000-ton centrifugal chillers with two (2) 2,000-ton chillers. Phase II: Replace existing 4,500-ton chiller with new 4,000-ton chiller.

AmSouth/Harbert Plaza - Birmingham, Ala.
Hardy installed the central plant serving downtown office tower with two (2) 750-ton centrifugal chillers and gas boilers.

Brookwood Medical Center - Birmingham, Ala.
Since 1996, Hardy has performed multiple HVAC renovations, additions, and equipment replacements worth over $4 million. Projects included replacing four (4) centrifugal chillers totaling 2,500 tons.

Baptist Medical Center, Princeton - Birmingham, Ala.
Central plant HVAC equipment installed by Hardy Corporation included two (2) centrifugal chillers, three (3) boilers, six (6) pumps, and gas and fuel oil piping. Plumbing system included water and sanitary sewer system, and storm water drainage.

 
State Farm Regional Headquarters - Birmingham, Ala.
Hardy installed HVAC and plumbing for State Farm's new Alabama-Mississippi regional headquarters including 1,575-tons of cooling. Phase II (adding 50,000 S.F.) included mechanical additions and renovations.

Metro Center Mall - Jackson, Miss.
Hardy replaced two (2) 550-ton centrifugal chillers, two (2) cooling towers, and re-worked the chilled water pumps in the renovation of this physical plant.

Dillards Department Stores (formerly Gayfers)
Chiller replacements for 25 stores in AL, GA, FL, KS, KY, MS, MO, MT, ND, OH, SC, and TN. Stores continued uninterrupted retail operation during Hardy's work.
